Malik Berry

is a native from Columbus, Ohio and began dancing at the age of 15. Even though this is considered late in a dancer's life, he still pushed forward with his training. He trained at some of the most prestigious schools in the USA. In Columbus, he trained at the Columbus Dance Theatre, then he moved to New York City and trained at American Ballet Theatre Collegiate Program, The Ailey School, and Dance Theatre of Harlem Professional Training Program. As a professional, Malik danced with Columbus Dance Theatre from 2012 to 2014, Complexions Contemporary Ballet in 2017 and he has performed as a Guest Artist with Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Malik is a freelance artist with the goal to inspire others to chase their dreams, to encourage others no matter where you come from or your circumstances, continue to chase your dreams. He has performed in amazing works such as Memoria choreographed by Alvin Ailey, Stardust choreographed by Dwight Rhoden & Desmond Richardson with guest artist Misty Copeland, Goodnight choreographed by Jae Man Joo, and Dougla choreographed by Geoffrey Holder.
