Naazir Muhammad

is from Brooklyn, New York and started dancing in 2003 at the age of 6. His training includes Brooklyn Ballet School, ABT JKO School, the prestigious ABT Studio Company, and Houston Ballet II. Mr. Muhammad then joined Houston Ballet.

Naazir performed many roles during his time at Houston Ballet, including The Nutcracker Prince, Sons de L’ame, Swan Lake, Divergence, Sylvia, Just, Play and Bolero all by Stanton Welch. Spring Waters by Asaf Messerer, Symphony in C by George Balanchine, The Concert by Jerome Robbins, Yondering by John Neumeier and Pas de Quatre in Ben Stevenson’s The Sleeping Beauty. He’s currently still inspiring dancers and artists while working with The Houston Ballet Foundation.
