Rui Cesar

Rui Cesar was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and started dancing when he was 13 years old. He trained at Núcleo de Dança Ador’art for 2 years and in 2017 he started attending Grupo Cultural de Dança Ilha. Rui has been to many ballet competitions, including Festival de Dança de Joinville and YAGP (NY Finals). He has also been to the prestigious Prix de Lausanne twice, in the 48th and 49th edition, in the last one he was a finalist and won Best Contemporary Award.
